I’ll email a digital proof showing each piece in your invitation suite and the envelope addressing within 5 business days of receiving your order, wording, and guest address list. If your order includes custom artwork, please allow 4–5 weeks for your proof.
Once you approve your final proof, please allow 3 weeks for printing.
Please attach your guest address list as an Excel file when ordering, or email it to me afterward. Your list is required before I can prepare your complete proof.

Your order includes two rounds of revisions for wording and guest addresses. Please review everything carefully. Once you approve your final proof, I’ll begin production.

Printing and delivery
If I am not sutffing your envelopes, please allow up to 3 weeks for production after you approve your proof. Your finished stationery will then ship by ground delivery, so please allow additional time for shipping.
Rush production is not available at this time. If you’re unsure whether your stationery will arrive in time, please email me before placing your order. I’m happy to go over the timing with you.

How is my invitation suite personalized?
You’ll work directly with me. I’ll personalize your chosen Heritage Collection design with your names, wedding details, and wording, then email a digital proof for your approval before printing.
Are printing and envelopes included?
Yes. Your suite includes professionally printed invitations, details cards, response cards, and thank you cards, along with invitation, reply, and thank you envelopes. Envelope lining is an optional upgrade for the invitation envelope only.
Do you address and stuff the envelopes?
Yes. Guest addressing, invitation return addressing, reply-to addressing, and return addressing on your thank you envelopes are included. I’ll also assemble and stuff your invitations. If you’d like me to mail them directly to your guests, mailing is available upon request. Please provide your guest address list as an Excel file.
When will I receive my proof, and how long does printing take?
I’ll email your complete digital proof within 5 business days of receiving your order, wording, and guest address list. If your order includes custom artwork, please allow 4–5 weeks for your proof. Two rounds of revisions are included. Once you approve your final proof, please allow 3 weeks for printing.
Can I add a custom monogram?
Yes. You can add a custom monogram for $150. If you previously purchased a monogram from Patti & Hank for your wedding stationery, select “Previously Purchased” when ordering so you won’t be charged again.
